We have access to everything we need.
A harsh reality to recognize, especially if you’re struggling right now.
Sure we all could have more, but at this moment with every breath, God has provided everything we need according to His standard.
I know many people in this world don’t have their basic needs met.
But by God’s standards, we have enough.
How do we have everything we need?
Peter made it clear in 2 Corinthians 9:8 (NLT)
“And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others.”
God acts selfishly to our advantage so that we are the direct beneficiaries of spreading His word.
He gives us what we need so that we don’t have to worry because we are taken care of.
By Him taking care of us we can give freely and fulfill His mission.
To do good works and spread the gospel.
Even if it sometimes feels like our needs aren’t being met.
We have to remind ourselves that God has our back.
Our pain and suffering are opportunities to increase our faith in Him.
If your life seems undesirable.
Serve God because it’s just for a season.
If your life feels phenomenal.
Serve God because it’s also just for a season.
The ups and downs in our lives shouldn’t determine our relationship with Him.
Because He always takes care of us.
God has given us enough.
Let him use you to do more for Him.
And the only way we can do that is to not worry and to act.
